Stone Creek Angus, it's agents or employees, cannot and do not guarantee the conception rate, quality, or productivity to be obtained in connection with the use of its products or recommended techniques.  Therefore, it makes no warranty of any kind whatsoever, expressed or implied, which extend beyond description of the products herein and conveyance of good title.  All warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are hereby disclaimed.

 

Further, neither Stone Creek Angus nor any of its or their agents or employees, shall be responsible for any injury, damage or loss caused to persons, animals or property through the negligent use or handling of its or their products, or for any damages or loss due to any defects in the containers used in connection therewith.

Frozen semen sold by Stone Creek Angus. is stored in accordance with sound, recognized practices and approved for animal agricultural use only.  Each straw of semen sold by Stone Creek Angus shall only be used for SINGLE ARTIFICIAL INSEMINATION.

All prices are in US Dollars.  Cardholder may be subject to currency conversion charges by your card issuer since payments must be processed in US Dollars.  This is beyond our control.

 

REFUNDS/RETURNS

All sales are final unless damaged during shipment.  Damaged orders must be reported within 2 business days by calling 815-266-6260.

SHIPPING   

 

All semen is shipped via best method, with rates billed accordingly.  Handling charge of $35 applied to each order.
